Individual Studio Space

EAC has 6 individual studios for our resident artists, each are about 12′ by 15′. Most have multiple windows with good light. It is quiet and well maintained with free parking, WiFi etc. Price range: $350-$450/month.

Resident artists will have a solo show each year at our EAC gallery for a small fee. All resident artists can conduct classes or workshops at EAC and have priority in renting our Art Hub studio space at a discounted price.

Group Studio Space

Our group studio offers 120-200 sq. ft. space for each artist. Most studio have beautiful natural light. It is quiet and well maintained with free parking, WiFi etc. Price range: $200-$300/month.

EAC Art Hub open studio rental

EAC open studio offers monthly studio access (easels, taborets, still life objects, books, community of artists) to worked on their creations. All open studio members will have designated storage area and studio time (every Monday and Wednesday 10 – 5 pm). Open studio rental is $120/month.

EAC also hosts figure drawing sessions each week. Resident artists can join the sessions at a discounted rate.
